Energy management...

I'm trying to work out how to manage my day, in particular my energy levels, so I'm not ruined by the end of the day when I'm supposed to stream.

Eg. I just mowed my mother's lawn, have to pick the kids up from school, got a heavy leg day, then stream tonight.

I usually get to the end of the day and I'm ready for sleep!

Any thoughts or tips on how to manage your day and energy better?
